When I was in elementary school, my parents bought me a Sega Genesis for Christmas. The present was in the backyard with another kid’s name on it. I was told Santa must have dropped someone’s gift and they guess, well, I could have it in that case. While not the first game system we owned (shout out to the TurboGrafx-16), it was the first system that belonged to me. Remember Sega Channel?
